A Travel to Europe in NCCU

Who says that we must go abroad to get a taste of exoticism?  Few weeks ago, I participated in an amazing two-days camp which course was about the cutural of Europe. All of the courses were interesting and also helping. Just take a look at all the pictures I posted, you will be curious about it.

The camp included many great courses and fanscinating activities. Its general course was almost taught by full-time teachers in NCCU or some professionals, and its content was an exhaustive intrudution about few main country in Europe, just as Germany, Spanish ,and Franch. Besides, it also had the special course, just like the intrudution about the opera , Flamenco, and international etiquette. What's better, we could have a nice free lunch with delicious exotic snack and watch a great Germany or Franch movie! These two days were truly full of Eropean exoticism which intoxicated us very much. Therefore, it was like a two-days trip to Europe! During the activities and courses, we truly learned more about the cutural of the Europe than before.
All in all, who says that we must go abroad to get a taste of exoticism? There are also some other way, just as taking initiative to join some activities and camp concerned exotic cutural or even making foreign friends!

A Travel to my soul

Who says that you must  step out of your house to start a travel? Try to explore your heart and soul,  beginning a journey to the center of your mind. When we commence to probe into our mind, we will definately discover the other aspects of our own. This Wednesday night, I signed up for a mysterious workshop named "Whether the Santa Reindeer Travel or Not". Why I said it was mysterious? Well, just check the name of the workshop, it must confuse you a lot, and yes, it also puzzled me very much, but that's why I signed up for it.

Actually, it was an activity hold by X Academy (which was once criticized by many students in NCCU due to something unfair, but we just drop it right now.) The leader of the activity , a senior majoring advertisment, shared her perspective on life and the meaning of a journey. She led us to explore our soul through a travel that we unforgetted most, and from that travel, we could dicover every different aspect of ourself.

During the activity, we had a little DIY. What we made was a duffel bag with an image symbolized our unforgetted journey. Then, I drew a withered tree to be the image to stand for my special journey to the UK, because the row of the withered tree on the sidewalk of England is the most strong image in my head. They standed strongly and bravely in the bitter winter, despite the biting wind. That scene was really poetic. Its pure beauty touched me so much, therefore, it led me to ponder on my past and future.

So, who says that you must step out of your house to start a travel? Try to explore our heart and soul ,beginging a journey to the center of your mind.

On My Own.

It's a cozy Saturday night. After having my meal, I put everything troublesome aside, and hit the road by bike to for a change. Then, I cycled around casually, having no specific desitination, and solely depended on my own mood to find a perfect way to go or a place to stay for a while. All the way, I kept humming my favorite song with the lukewarm breeze brushing my hair. Crossing a small bridge, I followed the bikeway to the dike. What took my breath away was the amazing scene of the night at the riverbank.  I kept seeing all the beautiful scene around me, and relished the taste of the night.

I  always enjoy every single moment on my own. At the same time , I feel safe and delighted. When I am alone, I often go for a stroll aimlessly, basking in Nature and reflect on everything  that has happened in my life, whether it's good or bad. It's just like a little advanture, during the period, including enjoying the beautiful view around me,I also reflect myself and find  the life itself. That's how I live and how I keep going on.

It's Sunny in Kenting!

Ha ha, I took this photo for them secretly!
Ha ha, I took this photo for them secretly!
The foreign couple were really cute.:)

Last summer, my family and I had three-day trip to Kenting. However,it differed from the trip we usually had before, we stayed in the Château Beach Resort the whole day, using all the entertaining  facilities, and enjoyed the merry time there. The resort offers a wide range of family centric activities from mini golf to croquet. What's better, the resort just stand by the beach!

The beautiful house stand by the sea,but we didn't
stay here, as it is more expensive contrarily.

I love the gorgeous outdoor pools there particularly. There are a lot of pools with different style. I can sink in the water to our heart content. If I am tired, I can lie in a hammock for a rest with a glass of refreshing juice in my hand. I also relished in sunshine of the southern Taiwan. I loved to take a stroll in the beach with my hair blowing by the sea breeze. At the afternoon, I lay on the beach, seeing the sun melting in the sea.

A Day to Neiwan

My family and I took one day trip to Neiwan this Auguest. It drizzled through  out the day. Although it was humid and looked gray everywhere, it was sunny on our mind. We often spent little time hanging out with each other,as none of us had much free time. Besides, because we all manged to squeeze a day out to accompany family, we truly cherished every moment with each other.

In fact, my mom was desperate to eat roast sweet fish which was especially juicy and savory in local restaurants in Neiwan, so Dad initially promised to drove her there to have a nice meal. We strolled the Neiwan old street and tasted the beauty of the classic. Besides, there were many snack stands, including the roast sausage, the Ginger lily rice dumpling, pinapple cake. The scenery there was really magnificient. The hazy and beautiful clouds casually surrounded the mountains. It was green and vigorous everywhere, despite the mist of the weather cast a shadow on them.

Go Green Island!

The crispy breeze coming from the coast gently caressed our hair with the slight warmth of the twilight mixed in the air. It was this fascinating feeling that hold us spellbound. My best friends and I took a trip to the Green Island this summer vacation. This excursion was a  special and wonderful experience for us, as it was the first time we traveled without our family. On top of that, we had to arrange all the schedule of the trip ourselves.

We had a lot of interesting activities and did many crazy things. We went around the whole Green Island by one motorcycle and two bikes, because only one of us had a driver's liscence! We even stayed up late to drink and chat all night! Besides, we got up at 4:30 a.m. the next morning to see the twilight on the other side of the island! We Slept only 3 hours a day! It’s totally crazy! All in all, although this excursion lasted merely three days, it will be branded on our mind for good.

A secret garden

Last Thursday, I had a lovely excursion to a secret garden behind school. And why would I call that place "A secret garden"? It was because it wasn't known to most people, not even the students and teachers in my school. In fact, I didn't go there alone, but with a group of girls, as we were in the PE course. My PE teacher, who was keen on nature led us all the way, introducing plants and flowers we ran into.

It's a cozy sunny morning, for it rained heavily a few hours ago. Therefore, it's a perfect morning to go for a stroll! Then, the first thing caught to my eyes was a lovely mountain stream with a beautiful little bridge and a pavilion on top of it. We walked along the pebble path with the white petal falling to the ground and the fragrance surrouding in the air. Moverover, the sweet aroma of flower refreshed me all the way, and swept my tiredness away from my mind and body. In this little travel to the secret garden, not only could I basked in this spectacular scenery, but I could relax completely.
